Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the US takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at Support@londe.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at Support@londe.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either locate your package or send a replacement at no extra cost.
We currently ship to the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned. If you're outside the US and interested, email us and we'll let you know when we launch in your region.
Ordering
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at Support@londe.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our return policy.
Contact us immediately at Support@londe.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it's already in transit, we'll do our best to redirect it but cannot guarantee address changes once dispatched.

Returns
